Hot Tropic
2 ½ oz Barman’s pineapple vodka
1 oz triple sec
1 oz pineapple juice
Muddled with 3 jalapeño wheels
Shake and serve in a martini glass with *sugar/tahin rim and a jalapeño rim
*(equal parts sugar and tajin mixed)
Pineapple Deluxe
2 oz Barman’s pineapple vodka
1 oz Luxardo liqueur
½ oz pineapple juice
¼ oz Luxardo cherry syrup
2 dashes cherry/vanilla bitters
Shake and serve in a rock glass or coupe with a brandied cherry
Aloha Punch
2 oz Barman’s pineapple vodka
1 oz amaretto liquor
2 ½ oz OJ
¼ oz grenadine
Build in a rocks glass with an orange & cherry flag

½ oz Fresh lemon Juice

1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
1 oz Simple Syrup
½ oz Triple Sec
Shake into a martini glass with a lime wheel

2 oz Barman’s Cranberry Vodka
½ oz Fresh Lime Juice
¼ oz Simple Syrup
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
3 oz premium ginger beer
Build in a copper mug with a lime wheel, cranberries and mint

½ oz Fresh Lime Juice
¼ oz Simple Syrup
Shake Vigorously into a Coupe Glass
Float 1 oz Ginger Beer
Garnish with Blueberries and a mint sprig

¾ oz Fresh Lime Juice

¾ oz Blueberry Syrup
1 oz egg white
Shake into a rocks glass with a big cube
Float 1.5 oz Dry Red Wine
