Inspired by Bartenders, Made for Everyone

Barman’s is a bold, new, craft spirits company founded by 30-year hospitality expert, Johnny Holder. He began his career as a busboy, worked his way through the kitchen, and landed behind the bar. For decades, he honed his craft, experimenting with flavor to create unique drinks that earned him a devoted following. Driven by the need to create, he started making his own infusions, unique syrups, tinctures, and line of bitters. His career transitioned from barman to beverage director where he built countless bar programs. Johnny searched for products that matched the quality and taste of his own homemade products, but none met his standards — and so, Barman’s was born.

Made with purpose and a little bit of attitude, our small batch spirits are proudly produced and bottled in Illinois at a true grain-to-glass distillery called Kennay Farms Distillery. Every product is made with a focus on purity, balance, and real-world cocktail performance. We don’t take shortcuts and never use chemicals or additives. Barman’s flagship Wheat Vodka is made from 100% soft red winter wheat and is distilled multiple times with precise cuts for an ultra-clean flavor profile and is 100% unfiltered. It’s naturally smooth with subtle vanilla notes and a creamy finish. 

Our natural infusions are for bartenders and people who want top-tier spirits without the hassle and time it takes to do all the infusion work themselves. We take our premium vodka and infuse it with 100% real fruit to create unique vodkas without added sugar that are perfect for craft cocktails.
